Bitget Wallet has unveiled a high-yield crypto savings product offering 10 percent annual returns on USDC deposits, in collaboration with Aave.

Key Takeaways

  • Bitget Wallet’s Stablecoin Earn Plus product guarantees a 10 percent APY on USDC deposits up to 10,000 dollars.
  • The product integrates Aave’s decentralized lending pools with Bitget’s proprietary yield subsidies to deliver predictable and flexible income.
  • Users can deposit as little as 1 USDC, earn interest in real time, and withdraw funds instantly with no regional or deposit limits.
  • A 700 million dollar user protection fund and on-chain transparency add strong layers of security for participants.

What Happened?

Bitget Wallet has launched a new stablecoin savings product called Stablecoin Earn Plus, promising users a 10 percent annual percentage yield (APY) on their USDC deposits. This initiative is built on a partnership with Aave, one of the most reputable decentralized lending protocols, and aims to simplify crypto savings for both beginners and seasoned investors.

The product stands out for its guaranteed return, ease of use, real-time earnings, and robust security framework, positioning Bitget as a leader in making crypto finance more accessible and competitive.

Bitget’s Push Into Simplified Crypto Savings

With Stablecoin Earn Plus, Bitget Wallet is taking a major step toward making DeFi products usable by everyday savers. Unlike complicated yield farming or DeFi staking methods, this product mimics the simplicity of a bank deposit.

Announcement: Stablecoin Earn Plus is now live.

  • Users deposit USDC directly into the wallet.
  • Funds are routed to Aave’s overcollateralized lending pools on the Base network.
  • Returns are generated through borrower interest, supplemented by Bitget’s subsidies to ensure a minimum 10 percent APY.
  • Deposits remain liquid and accessible for trading, payments, or withdrawal at any time.

Interest is accrued in real time, with 24/7 withdrawal and no minimum balance or regional restrictions, making it one of the most flexible offerings in the space.

A Competitive Edge Over Banks and Other Wallets

Traditional savings accounts typically offer less than 2 percent APY, while U.S. Treasury bonds and money market funds hover around 3 to 5 percent. Even most other crypto wallets cap stablecoin yields at 6 percent.

Bitget Wallet, in comparison, delivers:

  • 10 percent APY for deposits up to 10,000 USDC
  • For higher deposits, yields revert to Aave’s typical 4 to 5 percent
  • Real-time yield distribution through Aave’s aTokens
  • 18 percent APY introductory bonus for users depositing between September 9 and 15

Backed by Blockchain Security and a Billion-Dollar Vision

Security is a top priority. Bitget Wallet operates on a non-custodial model, giving users full control of their assets. It also maintains a User Protection Fund worth over 700 million dollars, backed by 6,500 BTC, providing insurance against unexpected risks like smart contract failures.

Transparency is another cornerstone. All fund movements are on-chain verifiable, and interest payouts are settled hourly.

This move aligns with Bitget Wallet’s “Crypto for Everyone” mission to make digital assets a mainstream tool for savings, payments, and investments. The wallet already supports 130 blockchains, integrates with hundreds of DEXs and bridges, and serves over 80 million users globally.

Industry Voices Support the Launch

Stani Kulechov, founder of Aave Labs, endorsed the partnership:
“Bitget Wallet is making Aave’s yields simple to access for more people globally. By connecting easy-to-use wallets with trusted on-chain markets, everyday savers can now benefit from open and transparent finance.”

Jamie Elkaleh, CMO of Bitget Wallet, added:
“Partnering with Aave allows us to connect institutional-grade yield opportunities with a wider user base. Users can earn higher APY with real-time accrual and withdraw anytime, all within the same wallet they already use for trading, payments, and discovery.”

The product was built in collaboration with TokenLogic, leveraging Aave’s interest-bearing aTokens that pass yields automatically to users.

CoinLaw’s Takeaway

In my experience, it’s rare to see a DeFi product that offers this kind of balance between high returns, liquidity, and simplicity. Bitget Wallet has managed to take something that used to be complex and intimidating and make it accessible with just 1 USDC and a few taps.

This is a powerful step in making crypto truly practical for everyday use. And with on-chain transparency plus a massive protection fund in place, it feels like Bitget is setting a new standard for what crypto savings products should be. If you’ve been waiting for a “safe” way to try earning with your stablecoins, this might be it.
