CryptoStruct and OG.com announced a partnership on October 13, 2026 that lets CryptoStruct’s algorithmic trading clients trade OG.com’s CFTC-regulated event contracts. Orders will run through CryptoStruct’s low-latency APIs into OG.com’s order book.

The Brief

  • CryptoStruct clients will reach OG.com’s central limit order book through the vendor’s normalized APIs and execution framework.
  • Crypto.com originally established OG.com, which became an independent trading platform after a spin-off announced in September 2026.
  • Trading firms can take CryptoStruct’s API connectivity without its full trading platform and keep their own internal systems.
  • Neither company has published a go-live date, fee schedule or volume target for the integration.

CryptoStruct clients get a direct line into OG.com’s order book

CryptoStruct builds a strategy development kit and trading runtime for algorithmic traders and market makers. Under the new integration, those clients can deploy strategies against OG.com’s event contracts, the companies said in their joint announcement. Orders go straight to OG.com’s central limit order book through CryptoStruct’s normalized APIs and execution framework.

The venue side carries the regulatory weight. OG.com trades through North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. That entity is registered with the CFTC as both a designated contract market (DCM) and a derivatives clearing organization (DCO). In practice, one company lists the contracts and clears them. Another OG.com entity, OG Broker, holds CFTC registration as a futures commission merchant (FCM).

OG.com lists contracts across sports, financials, economics and culture, among other categories, and offers access directly or through FCMs and introducing brokers. Steve Humenik, OG.com’s chief legal officer, aimed the deal at a specific audience.

“

Our partnership with CryptoStruct is an important milestone in broadening access to regulated prediction markets for professional and quantitative traders.

Iain Clarke, CryptoStruct’s head of sales, described OG.com’s event contracts as a new asset class for the firm’s clients to trade. CryptoStruct also sells its API connectivity apart from the full trading software. A firm can keep its own execution stack and still scale to more exchanges quickly. The full platform advertises deterministic microsecond performance with integrated risk controls, plus co-located market data and tick-by-tick historical order book data.

OG.com is collecting routes for professional order flow

Trading Technologies has already committed to connecting its institutional platform to OG.com. That link serves desks that trade from a vendor terminal, while CryptoStruct serves firms that write and run their own strategies. Taken together, the two deals put OG.com contracts inside both kinds of professional workflow.

Market makers are the group to watch. On an order book venue, their resting bids and offers set the prices other traders cross, and thinly traded contracts depend on them. If CryptoStruct clients start quoting OG.com markets, spreads on smaller contracts could tighten. Neither firm has disclosed a liquidity commitment or a client count, though.

Kalshi, a rival CFTC-regulated venue, has used a similar vendor route, with Apex Fintech Solutions clearing Kalshi event contracts for client brokerages. The difference lies in who plugs in. Apex brings brokerages and their customers, while CryptoStruct brings automated trading firms.

The announcement confirms the connection and its target users. It leaves four practical questions open:

  • When will OG.com go live as a supported CryptoStruct venue?
  • Which parts of OG.com’s contract catalog will the API reach at launch?
  • Will CryptoStruct’s co-located market data and tick-by-tick history cover OG.com order books?
  • What fees or market-maker terms apply to orders routed through CryptoStruct?

The Bottom Line

Firms already running CryptoStruct can confirm two things with the vendor before routing strategies: the venue’s live date and whether their jurisdiction qualifies. OG.com says it operates only in approved jurisdictions, and its release warns that trading carries risk and may not suit everyone.

The only dated milestone across OG.com’s two vendor deals still belongs to Trading Technologies and its fourth-quarter go-live. CryptoStruct and OG.com have attached no date to theirs, so the next checkpoint is CryptoStruct listing OG.com as a live venue.
