After Japan, US may start licensing Bicton exchanges

Keith Noreika, the acting Comptroller of the Currency, told the reporters gathered at an event held by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia that not only is he considering eliminating regional licenses and imposing a nationwide licensing programs, but is also in favour of crypto coins exchanges applying for bank status.

The statement comes 11 cryptocurrency exchanges were authorized by the Japanese government last week.

Us is currently the second biggest Bitcoin exchange market after Japan.
