# Frgmnt Opens Morpho Vault Program to 10 Institutional Allocators

Frgmnt announced its Founding Allocator Program on October 19, 2026, opening curated Morpho Vault lending strategies to 10 institutional allocators at most. Eligible participants will onboard through Anchorage.

## What Happened?

- Frgmnt will cap the first cohort of its Founding Allocator Program at 10 institutional allocators and work closely with each one.
- Founding allocators can qualify for an enhanced yield of up to 10% APY and will pay no program fees during the program.
- Anchorage will support onboarding, so eligible participants can reach the program from an institutional custody environment.
- Allocations carry no lock-up period, and Frgmnt offers same-day withdrawals under normal operating conditions.

## Frgmnt pairs vault curation with Anchorage custody

Frgmnt aimed the program at an operational bottleneck. **Institutions seeking onchain yield** need custody arrangements, reporting and processes to evaluate and manage allocations, on top of the technology itself, the company said.

The strategies run as non-custodial vaults on **Morpho**, a [decentralized lending protocol](https://coinlaw.io/defi-lending-protocols-statistics/). Frgmnt sets the strategy curation and risk parameters. It also supplies dedicated reporting, regular strategy reviews and direct access to its team.

Anchorage covers the custody side of the arrangement. The two firms have worked together before: [Anchorage Digital added Frgmnt’s fUSD stablecoin](https://coinlaw.io/anchorage-digital-frgmnt-fusd-stablecoin-institutional-access/) to its custody platform in September.

**Aurélien Roussel**, CEO and Co-Founder of Frgmnt, tied the launch to that gap. Roussel said:

“

Institutions increasingly understand the opportunity in onchain finance, but accessing it still requires a significant operational and infrastructure effort.

He added that the program pairs curated strategies with the tooling institutions need to vet, enter and run a position.

Frgmnt also pitched onchain lending as another route for stablecoin capital as stablecoin use spreads beyond crypto trading and payments. Participants can follow their allocations through onchain data and Frgmnt’s reports, and they keep the option to add to or withdraw capital.

## 6.80% Average Annualized Yield Reported

Frgmnt said its curated strategies have generated an average annualized yield of **6.80%**. .

[Liquidity terms](https://coinlaw.io/equity-market-liquidity-statistics/) carry a qualifier as well. Same-day withdrawals apply under normal operating conditions, and the release does not define what falls outside them.

The announcement leaves these questions open:

- **How long does the Founding Allocator Program run, and what fees apply after it ends?**
- **Which stablecoins and lending markets do the vaults allocate to?**
- **What minimum allocation or institutional criteria apply to applicants?**
- **Which period produced the strategies’ average annualized yield?**

Institutions weighing an application can raise these points with Frgmnt before committing capital. Frgmnt says its strategy activity is visible onchain, with performance data on its website and blockchain analytics platforms.

## The Bottom Line

The launch reads as a bet that operations, more than headline rates, keep institutional capital out of DeFi lending. A small cohort lets Frgmnt work closely with each allocator through onboarding and scaling. The company named that as the purpose of the cap.

Applications for the program are open now. Under the release’s terms, the fee waiver lasts only as long as the Founding Allocator Program, and Frgmnt has not published an end date.
