# 1win’s $1WIN Token Goes Live After 15x Oversubscribed Sale

1win’s $1WIN token is live on Meteora after its October 30 TGE, following a public sale that drew $61.02 million in USDC commitments. The sale closed 15.647 times oversubscribed, so most of that money goes back to the buyers who sent it.

## Key Takeaways

- More than 6,100 participants receive $1WIN in proportion to their share of total commitments, with unused USDC returned at claim.
- The $1WIN supply is fixed at 1 billion tokens, and about 267 million unlock at the token generation event (TGE).
- 1win plans open-market buybacks paid from gaming revenue, plus a permanent 10% burn on $1WIN spent in its products.
- CertiK and Halborn ran independent security reviews of the Solana contracts behind the token, the sale, and the burn.

## Most of the $61 million flows back to buyers

The sale offered 130 million **$1WIN at $0.03 each**, an allocation worth **$3.9 million** at that price. 1win used a pro-rata model, so nobody won by clicking first. Each wallet got a slice sized to its share of the pool. The rest of its USDC comes back in the same claim transaction.

Run the **15.647x figure through a $1,000 commitment** and it works out to roughly $64 of $1WIN, with about $936 refunded. That arithmetic matters because the headline commitment number measures demand, while the capital 1win actually took in stops at the allocation’s value. At the sale price, 1win’s October 15 sale announcement put the token’s fully diluted valuation at $30 million.

Claiming runs through 1wintoken.com. Participants connect the same [Solana](https://coinlaw.io/solana-statistics/) wallet they used in the sale and approve the claim. They’ll need a little SOL on hand for the network fee.

If $1WIN doesn’t show up, 1win says users may need to import it manually. The contract address for that step comes through 1win’s official channels. Anyone who committed should take it only from there, because an address copied from an unofficial source could point to a different token.

## Gaming revenue will fund the buybacks

1win has operated since 2016 and says it serves 100 million registered players. That puts the token on top of a business that already earns money without it, and the supply design leans on that fact.

According to the [company’s launch announcement](https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/currencies/1win-s-1win-token-goes-live-after-15x-oversubscribed-public-sale-1036706526), regular buybacks will be funded “**using gaming revenue rather than token reserves.**” Separately, 10% of $1WIN spent through supported products gets burned for good. The first burn is due 30 days after TGE, and an on-chain dashboard will track each one.

The float at launch is roughly **27%** of supply. The sale’s 130 million tokens make up about half of the 267 million unlocked at TGE. The Meteora pool draws its on-chain liquidity from a separate Liquidity allocation. The remaining supply releases on schedules set out in the 1win Token Litepaper.

Anyone tracking other [token unlock and vesting plans](https://coinlaw.io/best-solana-token-distribution-platform/) will know the trade-off. A fixed cap with no new minting limits issuance, yet scheduled unlocks still add tokens to circulation over time.

Spending drives the whole model. The burn only reduces supply if players actually use $1WIN inside 1win’s products. The buyback, likewise, runs only as long as gaming revenue pays for it. The structure resembles [Uniswap’s token burn and fee model](https://coinlaw.io/uniswap-token-burn-fee-model-approval/), which also ties supply reduction to activity.

## The Bottom Line

Several questions also remain open. How much gaming revenue goes to buybacks? How often will purchases happen? Which products count as “**supported**” for the 10% burn?

The token extends **1win’s wider Web3 push**. Earlier this year, the platform added multi-chain crypto deposits and withdrawals, plus wallet sign-in through **Trust Wallet**, **[MetaMask](https://coinlaw.io/metamask-wallet-statistics/)**, and **WalletConnect**.

Sale participants also earned tickets for **1win’s Lucky Drive promotion**, at one ticket per full $100 spent and a cap of 32 per user. Those tickets get credited before the November 15 draw, where the top prize is a Lamborghini Urus. The first burn comes at the 30-day mark after TGE, and the dashboard will show whether platform spending has started to shrink supply.
