15 cryptocurrency and crypto-asset investment websites have been blacklisted by The Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF).
The authority revealed its decision in an announcement, which lists fifteen companies that continued to operate despite AMF warnings . “Companies in France offering the purchase of rights over goods promoting the possibility of a yield or its economic equivalent are subject to the regulation of diverse goods and as such their offer must have a registration number provided by the AMF,” the statement reads.
The announcement contained a warning for the investors not to invest in products they don’t understand and that “no sales pitch should make one forget that there are no high returns without high risks.”Tags: AMF, Blacklist, cryptocurrency
